The Transportation Claims Manager TCM manages both routine and complex claims, including those with the potential to become serious and produce excessive costs. TCM also acts as Senior Claims Adjuster and is responsible for the investigation, evaluation and determination of trancportation claims following established guidelines to determine coverage existance and insurable interest.
