Insurhaus is seeking an experienced and client-focused Property and Casualty Insurance Producer to help individuals and businesses identify appropriate insurance solutions.
The ideal candidate understands that successful insurance sales are built through knowledge, responsiveness, and long-term relationships—not pressure.
Responsibilities
- Develop new personal and commercial insurance opportunities.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their coverage needs.
- Gather complete and accurate information for insurance applications.
- Review coverage options, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and available endorsements.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Support client retention through policy reviews and renewal follow-up.
- Identify appropriate opportunities for additional coverage.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures.
- Comply with insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and privacy requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous insurance sales or account-management experience.
- Knowledge of personal lines, commercial lines, or both.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to explain insurance coverage in clear, understandable language.
- Professional judgment and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Experience using agency-management systems, carrier portals, and digital communication tools is preferred.
Compensation and work arrangements will be discussed based on experience, licensing, responsibilities, and the final position structure.
