Certificates of Insurance
Each Insurhaus commercial client receives a unique Customer Code that allows them to generate and download a standard Certificate of Insurance directly from our website 24/7.
Select Get a Certificate, enter your Customer Code, and follow the instructions.
If your code is not working or you need a certificate with special wording, an Additional Insured endorsement, Waiver of Subrogation, or other policy change, please email info@insurhaus.com.
Other Proof of Insurance
For Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property Insurance, proof for a lender or mortgage company, or other insurance documents, please submit a written request by:

Please include the policyholder’s name, policy number, type of document needed, recipient’s information, and required delivery date.

Policy changes and coverage requests are not effective until they have been reviewed and confirmed by a licensed Insurhaus representative or the insurance company.
